weekend shooting with MeiZhen a.k.a may ( 14 & 15.12.2013

So today we've some reshoot and staircase scenes of MeiZhen :)
and she brought us a new helper, her sister who is also from TOA. 
She helped us to carry the lighting (helpful^^)


So basically this is how the staircase looks like during shooting.
I sticked newspaper to cover the sunlight and it looks much more darker in video mode.




So this is my "mini lighting" :D








So this is the corridor scene where SimYee hide under the table and MeiZhen went in and look for her :)
I randomly arrange all the tables and chairs so that they looks messy and being abandoned... then use the newspaper again to cover the sunlight. At the same time, use black cloth to be the background so the entire place gonna be as dark as possible. 
This seriously involves lot of hard work of my crew (only 1 crew :'( ). I'll show more detail on how she put the cloth on in my next post. 



So besides that, I hung another black cloth in the classroom..so that it blocks the sunlight from the classroom to the corridor. 

Again, the main purpose is just to make the corridor darker. 



And here's another blocking. 



So overall, it looks like this!!!!!! Blocked the whole corridor. 
Again, I would like to say it's not easy for two people to do all this and there's not only 1 corridor scene in this story. We've to set few of them. 




So this picture shows more clearly how my crew set up the newspaper. She needs to stand on the table when comes to the other side. *dangerous*





There's one scene that we had some problems with "no electricity" on the entire 4th floor...
Then, we smartly connect the electricity from 3rd floor to 4th floor with 3 extension. 








Again, she did lot of set up thingy.. helps alot.

This scene is when my protagonist, SimYee hide in the room and MeiZhen appeared.. =)

So, we'll definitely have some fun time during the video shoot...so that everyone won't get too stressful and bored :)
